“Ashley really made my day with her vibrant energy and quick pace whenever we had our one-on-one interactions. She's well-versed in medical topics, but what stands out is her readiness to explore and research deeper into any area she's not yet familiar with. Her writing is impressively detailed, and the quick turnaround time for the Nexus letter was a surprise! -David”

"I just want to say, Ashley, who is the owner of this company was simply amazing. Her responsiveness was fast. My Nexus letter request was completed a lot quicker than I ever would have expected. . She’s a fellow veteran who understands what it’s like having to deal with the VA. Her subject matter expertise is amazing, and her Nexus letters are very professional and very good. I highly recommend utilizing her as her company as it’s very veteran centric. I will definitely be using her Nexus services again in the future." -Lt Col S.

"I was diagnosed with a tumor that was not easily identified as service connected. Ashley took the time to review my medical records. She then researched and identify several potential paths we could take. After discussion, we decided on what we both felt was the most effective option to take. She provided me with a Nexus letter that capsulated my military history and identified the service connection. The Nexus letter was supported by in-depth research, and I received it quicker than expected. As a Veteran herself, she understood me and speaks to the process easily. She is friendly, and easy to work with.  When it comes to Hero Care, they advocate for us Veterans, ensuring we get the compensation we deserve. You can’t go wrong contacting them for help"

She deployed to Camp Dahlke, Afghanistan in late 2019 in support of 3rd and 7th Special Forces Group as their Trauma Nurse. Unfortunately, after being in country, she became ill. She was redeployed home after five months and was medical boarded. She has been 100% permanent and total since.
